All products for sale on the website come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you find a product defective, it will be replaced. If the product cannot be replaced then you can get one for equal or lesser value and have the difference credited back to you in form of check. If you would like your money back after returning the product, it has to be within the 30 day period unless product has a specific warranty with the company that built it. If the computer was custom built, then you automatically have a 1 year warranty for equipment to be replaced at our expense. You pay to ship the item for all repairs. If you find the custom built PC not working correctly, please notify us and return it within 30 days so we can replace it or issue a refund. All sales are subject to item availability. If you have purchased an item after it is sold out, a refund will be given in the exact amount that you paid for the purchase. All other terms and conditions are subject to buyer and seller agreement specific to individual situation. Conformation of individual terms and conditions will be sent via email along with sale receipt.
